做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
