做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
