做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
