做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
