做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
