做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
