做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
