做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
