做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
