做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
