做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
