做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
