做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
