做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
