做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
