做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
