做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
