做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
