做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
