做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
