做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
