做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
