做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
