做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
