做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
