做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
