做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
