做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
