做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
