做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
