做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
