做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
