做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
