做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
