做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
