做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
