做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
