做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
