做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
