做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
