做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
