做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
