做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
