做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
