做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
