做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
