做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
