做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
