做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
