做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
